Cancellation Policy

At RVN Pet Physio, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and we aim to accommodate changes whenever possible. However, to ensure we can continue providing high-quality care to all our clients, we ask that you review and adhere to our cancellation policy.

1. Cancellation Notice

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments; this allows us to offer the time slot to other patients in need.

Any requests for cancellation/rescheduling that are made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur an 100% cancellation fee of the total treatment cost.

If the appointment was part of a pre-paid block booking, then this will still count towards the allocation of your remaining sessions in the block.

If the appointment is missed without any prior notice, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

2. Emergency Cancellation

We understand that emergencies can arise, and we are happy to discuss special circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
Please notify us as soon as possible in the event of an emergency.

3. Repeated Cancellation

Frequent cancellations or rescheduling of appointments may require pre-payment for future appointments or a review of scheduling preferences.

4. Adverse Weather Conditions

In cases where temperatures exceed 24°C (75°F) or where other weather conditions render travel unsafe (e.g., storms, heavy rain), we reserve the right to reschedule appointments for the safety and comfort of both the animals and our staff.

We will notify you as early as possible in the event that weather conditions impact your scheduled appointment.

We appreciate your understanding and co-operation in helping us manage our schedule efficiently and to continue to provide the best care for your pet.
